The Center for the Environment is a non-governmental organization focused on different environmental issues. It was founded in 1999 with the aim to influence and contribute to the improvement of the environment through its active and proactive actions.

The Center is a non-profit and non-partisan association that advocates for changes in society by influencing relevant policies and increasing public awareness of environmental topics in Bosnia and Herzegovina and internationally.

Since its founding in 2013, Dinarica has been committed to ensuring and protecting biodiversity and advocating for nature protection. They work to promote and build the capacity of authorities, civil society and interested parties in BiH and the region to preserve nature. Dinarica is actively working on motivating, assisting, and encouraging local communities on their way to establishing a sustainable and responsible coexistence of man and nature.
